The number of wineries in North Carolina and Virginia continues to grow, and as we travel to as many of them as we can, we'll offer our impressions, and just maybe some information you don't normally find in the brochures. Firebirds restaurant in Winston-Salem, NC is featuring North Carolina wines from Cellar 4201, DivineLlama, Flint Hill, Ragapple Lassie, and Sanders Ridge; paired with a 5 course dinner three evenings this week February 15, 16, & 17 at 6:30pm.
